From invoiceable to invoicely

Having been a startup ourselves we know the headache of invoicing, tracking expenses and ensuring timely payments of clients in order to maintain a healthy cash flow all to well. Behind the idea of invoicely there's a simple goal — bring a fully-equipped modern online invoicing solution to the market for small businesses and freelancers to use for free.

Ever since the launch of our first all-free invoicing platform Invoiceable back in 2012 a very crowded cloud accounting and invoicing market has developed. In an effort to keep up with the challenges a modern business faces every day to keep track of its finances we took it upon ourselves to completely rebrand and rebuild Invoiceable into something we could not be more proud of. Each and every aspect and functionality of the product has been optimised and polished, issues have been resolved, and an overall improved and supercharged user experience has been created.

Invoiceable was a great product and people loved it — however, we are confident you'll love invoicely even more. But don't take our word for it, let invoicely help you get your finances in order and sign up for a free account.






Import Invoiceable Data

In order to keep this transition as simple as possible for existing Invoiceable users, we've created a tool capable of importing Invoiceable account and business data into your new invoicely account. Here's a list of what is being imported:

  • Invoices
  • Recurring Invoices
  • Estimates
  • Saved Items
  • Default Currency
  • Clients
  • PayPal Payment Settings

How to import:

To start importing your Invoiceable data, please follow the steps below:

  1. In case you haven't already - create your invoicely account now »
  2. Log in to your invoicely account.
  3. At the top of your workspace there will be an unmistakeable white Invoiceable banner.
  4. At the top right, click on the Invoiceable-blue "Start Import" button.
  5. Enter your Invoiceable email address and password and click "Start Import" below.
  6. Importing your data may take a few minutes. Please do not navigate away from this page until your import has finished.





Having Troubles Importing? Use your Invoiceable Account

Until June 1st you will still be able to log in to your existing Invoiceable account in order to retrieve any account information, invoices, clients or items you would like to manually import into invoicely. In order to log in to your existing Invoiceable account, please use the following URL: https://secure.invoiceable.com/login.

Important: Any data created after May 4th - this includes invoices, clients, items, etc. - using your existing Invoiceable account cannot be imported automatically using the Invoiceable Import tool (explained above).

After June 1st you will no longer be able to use the upper URL to log in to your Invoiceable account. Please make sure to migrate any remaining or outstanding data into invoicely by this date.
